Hello & Welcome! I am so excited about your interest in being a part of the JLP Model team. Below is the application to join Class of 2026/2027. The JLP Senior Model Team offers a one of a kind model team experience. My goal is to capture the highlights of your year as it unfolds, and provide you with a collection of images to cherish from one of the most important years of your life!

WHY JOIN THE JLP INFLUENCER TEAM?

Why book just 1 season when you can have access to an entire year's worth of amazing photoshoot opportunities? What better way to document your senior year and receive some great perks too!

I will have sessions ranging from styled themed group shoots to holiday sessions to lavender field, carnival and so many more opportunities!

On top of all of this, you still get your own exclusive senior photoshoot with priority scheduling!

The best part, is there is no fee to be on the team! You will be able to share web size with my logo in the corner on social media. These images will also be available to have without logo with your senior package if you choose.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PARENT/GAURDIAN CONSENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE, SO BE SURE TO OBTAIN THEIR PERMISSION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION. ALSO SOME PLACES WE MAY GO MAY REQUIRE AN ENTRANCE FEE. WHILE I AM NOT CHARGING FOR THESE SESSIONS, ENTRANCE FEES WILL BE ON THE MODEL.

INFORMED CONSENT AND ACKOWLEDGEMENT

I hear by acknowledge that my parents know that I am applying to the JLP Senior Model Team and I have their approval. Parents will be notified prior to the Senior to make sure they are aware. The sessions are optional but highly encouraged. I understand schedules can interfere and I will try my best to cater to everyone's schedules as much as possible. You also acknowledge to share and tag Jen Lewis Photography on all social media posts.
